For the love...

No more excuses.  I don't give a flying fart how busy or how tired I am anymore.  (I am just getting over a week-long cold, though...)

TONIGHT I WILL do a workout DVD before I go to bed.

TOMORROW I WILL go to the gym after my last class for at LEAST 45 minutes.

I've already stocked up on fresh veggies for the week, so all I need is the workout stuff!

  1. Go you! I have been itching to get back to running on the treadmill, but I refuse to do so until we clean out the cobwebs from the basement. Isn't that sad?
