My Goal

I am a statistic. I am part of the nation's rising obesity rate.  I hate that.  I don't want that.  I will change that.  My life has been a constant struggle with weight.  I would lose a little here and there, and then it wouldn't before long before that weight was back(and then some, sometimes).  I'm done.  Fed up.  I refuse to slowly die anymore.  Its time for a change, a big one.  I always say "I need to start doing 'this'...I should stop eating 'that'...I can't do this." No more.  I will start doing 'this' and I will stop eating 'that'.  I will do this.

So here I am, I have my own weightloss blog.  I will post my 'Before' picture(I shudder at the thought of posting this online...), my starting weight and measurements, my goal weights along the way, and my ultimate goal weight.  I will also post workouts that I do, or want to try, as well as healthy recipes that I cook up.
